SEWER REPAIR/REPLACEMENT
REPLACEMENT / NEW CONSTRUCTION
All replacements/repairs include utility line spotting, proper permits, and city inspections to ensure everything is done to code. This protects you as a property owners and us as contractors.
Pipe Bursting
Pipe bursting is a trenchless method that replaces your old sewer pipe with a new one by breaking the existing pipe and pulling a new HDPE (high-density polyethylene) pipe through. The HDPE pipe is fused together, creating a seamless, long-lasting, and flexible line with no exposed joints or glue. This method is minimally invasive, requiring only two access points—no full-length trenching through your yard. It’s a time-efficient and effective solution for replacing damaged or outdated pipes, whether you’re addressing a partial line repair or a full replacement, all while preserving your landscaping. However, it’s not suitable for pipes that are completely collapsed.
Open Trench
Open trenching is a method used for both replacements and new sewer lateral installs. While this approach is more invasive, it’s sometimes the only option for lines with severe bellies, extensive damage, or collapsed sections. Open trenching is also the standard method used to install brand-new sewer laterals for new construction projects.
We use strong SDR SCH-35 piping, ensuring proper grade from the home (or new structure) to the city main. The pipe is carefully set on a gravel bed during installation, with additional gravel placed on top during backfill to promote solid compaction and long-term stability. This method provides a reliable and durable sewer system built to last for decades — Delivering Excellence Beneath the Surface every step of the way.

CIPP Liners (Cured-In-Place Pipe)
CIPP lining is a trenchless method that allows us to repair your existing sewer line without digging it up. We insert a resin-saturated flexible liner into the host pipe through a clean-out, which is an access point to your sewer line. Once in place, the liner is inflated and cured—creating a brand-new pipe inside the old one. This method seals cracks, stops root intrusion, and restores flow without disturbing your yard. CIPP can be used for everything from 2-foot spot repairs to full-line restoration. It’s ideal for pipes that are structurally intact but leaking or deteriorating. The result is a smooth, jointless liner that improves performance and extends the life of your sewer line. CIPP liners aren’t ideal for pipes that are fully collapsed, have major offsets, or flow issues due to improper slope. They also require a clean-out access point for installation, and may not be effective if there’s severe root damage or structural compromise.
Epoxy Brush Coating
Epoxy brush coating is a highly efficient solution for restoring cast-iron piping. In Utah, cast-iron is most often found beneath homes, where sometimes there is no access to the line without major disruption to flooring. After descaling the pipe to remove built-up corrosion, we apply the epoxy coating inside, creating a durable, seamless barrier that prevents further damage and significantly extends the pipe’s lifespan. While ideal for cast-iron, this method can also be used on other pipe types—including hard-to-reach pool lines with hairline cracks.
Clean-Outs
Clean-outs provide easy access to your sewer line, making maintenance and repairs more efficient and cost-effective. They allow technicians to clear blockages, perform inspections, and conduct preventative maintenance to avoid future problems. Typically installed near the home at the start of the sewer line, clean-outs can be added to existing systems with minimal disruption. They’re especially useful for older lines in good condition that need regular upkeep. With a clean-out in place, you can identify issues early, reduce repair costs, and ensure fast access when needed.
