SEWER LINERS

Sewer Liners

Sewer lining is a trenchless method that allows us to repair your existing sewer line without digging it up. We insert a resin-saturated flexible liner into the host pipe through a clean-out, which is an access point to your sewer line. Once in place, the liner is inflated and cured—creating a brand-new pipe inside the old one. This method seals cracks, stops root intrusion, and restores flow without disturbing your yard. Sewer Lining can be used for everything from 2-foot spot repairs to full-line restoration. It’s ideal for pipes that are structurally intact but leaking or deteriorating. The result is a smooth, jointless liner that improves performance and extends the life of your sewer line. Sewer liners aren’t ideal for pipes that are fully collapsed, have major offsets, or flow issues due to improper slope. They also require a clean-out access point for installation, and may not be effective if there’s severe root damage or structural compromise.

Sewer Lining Process

Step 1: Inspection

We use a high-definition sewer camera to locate cracks, corrosion, and blockages.

Step 2: Cleaning

Roots, debris, and buildup are cleared using advanced high-speed cleaning tools and/or hydro jetting.

Step 3: Lining

A new liner is installed inside your existing pipe, creating a durable “pipe within a pipe.” A final camera inspection confirms everything is working perfectly.
